The nearest train station is Crowborough – about 15 minutes walk. There is a bus stop nearby on Crowborough Hill. Judy’s clinic is just 15 minutes drive from the centre of Tunbridge Wells. Patients come to Judy’s acupuncture clinics from Crowborough, nearby Rotherfield, Wadhurst, Uckfield, Heathfield, Lewes, East Grinstead, Tonbridge, and Kent, Sussex and London.

Payment
Preferably by bank transfer. Credit/debit cards not accepted. Payments made by bank transfer should be received on or before the day of treatment. Cheques and cash also accepted. Thank you
Cancellations: The full fee will be payable for non-attendance or cancellation within 3 days of your appointment.
Private Health Insurers
Judy is a registered acupuncture provider for AVIVA, Simply Health, WPA, Pruhealth and CS Healthcare.
Other insurers, such as AXA PPP, may cover the cost of your acupuncture treatment if your policy covers it and your private doctor or consultant refers you to Judy. So it’s worth asking.
In most cases, you will need to pay for your acupuncture treatment yourself at each appointment. Upon payment, Judy will give you a receipt so you can claim payment back from your insurer. Most insurers set either:
- an upper limit on the amount you can reclaim per treatment and the number of treatments you can receive over a period of time, or
- a cap on the total amount you can claim back for acupuncture treatments over a set period eg a year

How to find the Clinic
From Crowborough Station/Jarvis Brook: Approximately 0.2 miles up Crowborough Hill from Jarvis Brook. Soon after Osborne Road on the left.
From Crowborough Cross: 1.2 miles down Crowborough Hill from The Cross, 0.2 miles down from the junctions with Green Lane and Tollwood Road, on the right hand side. If you get to Osborne Road you have gone too far.
From Tunbridge Wells: Take the A26 through Eridge. After the BP garage take the left fork at the Boars Head roundabout. Follow the road to the end of Green Lane (over speed bumps and mini-roundabouts). At the junction of Green Lane and Crowborough Hill, turn left onto Crowborough Hill. About 50 yards down on the right hand side look for a white sign ‘Button Willow/Cherry Tree’. Turn up this shared drive and the clinic is on the left before the end.
Important Notice for Sat Nav: Sat Nav for TN6 2HL takes you nearby to Loxfield Gardens (but not to the clinic!). The clinic is approx 30 yards down Crowborough Hill from Loxfield Gardens on the same side.
The Holloway Acupuncture Clinic is set back from the road up a private, tarmac driveway. Look out for the white sign ‘Cherry Tree’ at the roadside.
